RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with the provisions of Articles L 121-20 and following of the Consumer Code, the Buyer, private consumer, has a withdrawal period of 14 clear days from the day following the delivery of the product or its availability in store, allowing them to cancel all or part of their order and return the product at their expense.
According to Article L121-21-8 of the Consumer Code, this option does not apply to products made at the Buyer's request, clearly personalized or which, due to their nature, cannot be reshipped or are likely to deteriorate, as well as items considered as fuel.
To exercise their right of withdrawal, the Buyer must contact customer service using our contact form who will provide, by return email, a withdrawal form. The buyer must then return this form duly completed and signed within 14 days from the date of receipt of their order, by email using our contact form or, by Registered Mail with Acknowledgment of Receipt to the following address:

Parcel delivery:
Products must be returned by the Buyer within a maximum of 14 working days following the expiration of the 14-day period, by Post, in perfect condition and in their original packaging to the address provided by customer service.
Shipping costs for items returned to The Company will remain the responsibility of the Buyer.
Delivery by carrier:
The Buyer may choose:
- for product collection by The Company's carriers subject to payment of corresponding transport costs
- for shipping at their expense by the carrier of their choice
This option must be exercised by the Buyer on the withdrawal form.
The Product must be returned by the Buyer, within a maximum period of 14 working days following the expiration of the 14-day withdrawal period, to the address that will be provided by The Company.
It is imperative that the carrier contacts The Company to schedule a delivery appointment at this address.
The Buyer will be refunded, as soon as possible, the full price of the product paid and no later than 14 days upon receipt of the product returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging and with all its accessories.
