Jardin-Affaires.com does not store any banking data. Everything goes through Payline.
The PAYLINE payment system incorporates SSL security standards. Payment security is based on Buyer authentication and the confidentiality of all data. Confidential data (card number, expiry date) are transmitted encoded directly to the Payline server and are never transmitted to THE COMPANY's server. The Payline server is itself directly connected to bank servers.

PayPal

During your order, it's very simple: select PayPal as your payment method.
You will then be redirected to your PayPal account. Simply log in (or create your account) and confirm your payment.
Once accepted, you will automatically return to Jardin-Affaires.com to complete your order.

Administrative mandate

During your payment and if you are a state administration, you can select administrative mandate as payment method. You will receive a document to complete and return to us. Upon receipt and verification, we will validate your order. Any orders outside this framework and outside France will be directly cancelled.

Payment methods

Payment must be made in Euros exclusively, in full at the time of order, by credit card only via the website. The Site uses a secure payment tool, called PAYLINE.

Refund

If for any reason the Buyer wishes to cancel their order before it is processed, they must send their request using our contact system at this form support address.

We are available Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM except Friday until 5:00 PM.

Any order cancellation after order processing will be handled according to the returns and right of withdrawal conditions.
