Description
The easiest way to clean large areas of tall grass is to use the TEXAS Pro Trim 600TR, a self-propelled petrol grass trimmer equipped with a robust 173cc 4-stroke engine and an impressive 60cm working width. The cutting head operates with a durable and efficient 4-line 4mm cutting cord, and the working height can be adjusted from 4.5cm to 12cm, depending on the terrain and your cutting needs.
The grass trimmer is equipped with large 13" pneumatic tyres with tractor treads, ensuring that the Pro Trim 600TR's propulsion system maintains excellent traction on various terrains. This makes it much more comfortable to use for extended periods compared to a handheld brush cutter, as you only need to guide it to the desired cutting location.

The powerful TEXAS TG595 engine of the Pro Trim 600TR delivers up to 2.9 kW at 3,000 rpm, providing enough power to effortlessly tackle tall grass.
The robust plastic guard surrounding the cutting head protects you from debris, while the additional rubber undercoating provides extra safety when working at higher working heights. The engine shield ensures that grass and dirt are not thrown onto the machine during operation.
The fixed handlebar is ergonomically designed, offering comfortable control over the Pro Trim 600TR. Each handlebar lever must be engaged separately to activate either the cutting head or the propulsion system, thus reducing the risk of accidental operation.

TEXAS recommends using 98/100 unleaded petrol (also called E5) for all our petrol engines, even if the manual specifies 95 unleaded petrol (E10).
This recommendation is due to changes since January 1st, 2020, when 95 unleaded petrol (E10) began containing 10% bioethanol instead of the previous 5%. The increased bioethanol content attracts condensation/water over time and shortens fuel shelf life, which can lead to poorer combustion and starting problems.
