MaxPower Premium Kevlar® V-belts are reinforced with DuPont™ Kevlar® fiber. The cords integrated into the belt mass make KEVLAR Maxpower belts ideal for heavy-duty use and severe work cycles. Our belts feature a drier fabric coating to increase flexibility and withstand severe clutch action, bending or twisting. They can also handle heavy loads and power take-off clutch or turbine return applications. These belts are also particularly resistant to heat generated by gardening machines during use. They are individually packaged for better storage and are available in widths of 3/8" (9.5mm), 1/2" (12.7mm) and 5/8" (15.87mm).
To ensure the correct length of the 3L (or 3H) type belt, measure the length of the inside of the belt (or the passage over the pulleys) and divide this length by 1 inch or 2.54 then add 1. Example: The inside measurement of my belt is 104.14mm. I divide 104.14/2.54 which is 41, my belt will therefore be a 3H420 (3H because it is 9.5mm wide and 420 because it corresponds to 41+1)
