Rules for mounting knives / blades of Jo Beau shredders

• Replace the knives if one or both show damage or significant wear and can no longer be sharpened.
• The sharpening of Jo Beau knives / blades must be entrusted to a cutting tool sharpening specialist or a professional equipped with a suitable machine. NEVER SHARPEN JO BEAU SHREDDER KNIVES USING A GRINDER.
• Never replace knives individually but only in pairs as this would affect the balance and cutting quality of the machine.
• Wear gloves when handling the blades as they are extremely sharp and you risk serious injury.

The knife tightening torque must be checked in the user manual supplied with the machine before any assembly.

Only a torque wrench can guarantee precise tightening at the tightening torque recommended by the manufacturer.
