The ECHO petrol rear-handle 30 cm chainsaw is designed for users looking for a compact machine to cut firewood, carry out pruning work or tackle forestry jobs. The 25 cm³ single-cylinder 2-stroke engine produces 1.12 kW, i.e. 1.54 hp, with an automatic centrifugal clutch. The standard 30 cm guide bar takes a 3/8" 91PX chain, with a 0.050" gauge and 47 drive links. The side chain tensioner makes chain adjustment easier, while the diaphragm carburettor allows work in all positions. ECHO’s professional filtration system, CDI ignition, primer pump and the automatic return-to-idle choke round out a design built for regular use.
When to use it
This chainsaw is suited to cutting wood, pruning work and forestry jobs that call for a light, compact machine. The recommended fuel mix is unleaded 95 or 95-E10 petrol with 2-stroke oil at 2%. The integrated chain brake contributes to safety during use.
