Efficient robot
lawn mower for large lawns up to 1,000 m², equipped with intelligent functions, an app, and multiple starting points for great user-friendliness.
Description
Let the TEXAS TMX1000
robot lawn mower efficiently and quietly handle even large lawns of about 1,000 m² (maximum 1,200 m²). With the Multi Zone function, you can select up to four starting points, ensuring the mower reaches even small areas in the front and back yard. It navigates through passages as narrow as 80 cm and can mow slopes up to 24° (45%).
Use the multilingual app to access your robot mower whenever it's connected to Wi-Fi. Through the app, you can set up the mowing schedule, configure Multi Zone, activate edge cutting, and view a map of your garden created by the mower during operation. The TMX1000's intelligent mowing system and mulching function maintain a beautiful lawn with minimal disturbance, as it operates very quietly (maximum 58 dB). Setup is simple and straightforward.
The TMX1000 is an upgraded version of the popular RMX1000, featuring improved hardware, a larger 20 cm cutting width, a more advanced LCD screen on the mower, and a redesigned cutting shield.
Customise your robot mower in the app
The TMX1000 includes a smart multilingual app for your phone, giving you full control over the mower. In the app, you can set the TMX1000's daily mowing schedule (two time slots), configure starting points for Multi Zone, schedule edge cutting, view the mowing log, and install software updates that improve performance or fix potential issues.
After about 14 days of mowing, the TMX1000 creates a map of the lawn in the app, allowing you to easily adjust the starting points for the Multi Zone function.
Once your robot mower is connected to Wi-Fi, you can access it anytime via the TEXAS app. If your Wi-Fi doesn't reach the garden, you can also connect to the mower via Bluetooth in the app, provided you're within a few metres. Alternatively, you can use the mower's improved LCD screen, now even easier to use if you prefer not to connect via the app.
Sensors and software enhance mowing
The robot mower operates within the perimeter wire, and its software ensures it never follows the same route, avoiding tracks on the grass. With the edge cutting function, it can follow the perimeter wire to mow as far as possible, and the TMX1000 can navigate through passages as narrow as 80 cm.
The TMX1000 has several useful sensors to facilitate its operation. The obstacle sensor detects contact with objects at least 10 cm high and redirects the mower. The slope sensor also changes the mower's direction if the lawn becomes too steep, and if the mower unexpectedly tilts, this is detected and displayed in the app.
The lift sensor automatically stops the blades if the mower is lifted, reducing the risk of injury. Additionally, the handy rain sensor allows you to choose whether the mower should return to the charging station to wait for dry weather before resuming, enabling a cleaner cut.
Efficient mowing
The TMX1000 features a 20 cm cutting diameter and uses three razor-sharp pivoting blades that shred grass with a rotation speed of 2,500 rpm. With the height adjustment dial, you can choose from nine cutting heights, ranging from just 20 mm to 60 mm. It operates at a guaranteed noise level not exceeding 58 dB, so you'll often barely notice it running.
The three pivoting blades are mounted on a spring-suspended
blade disc that automatically adjusts to the ground surface. This means that on uneven areas and bumps, the cutting disc aligns itself, ensuring an even cut and reducing the risk of stalling.
Depending on your lawn layout, the robot mower has an active cutting time between 2 and 2.5 hours before returning to the charging dock for a full recharge, which takes about 2 hours. Depending on the size of your lawn, you can set it to run between 1 and 24 hours over two daily time slots. For lawns close to 1000 m², it is recommended to run it for several hours.
Concealable charging station and easy cleaning
The TMX1000 charging dock can be discreetly placed in a corner of the lawn, keeping it out of sight. When the mower is in the charging station, it enters "Eco mode", cutting power to the perimeter wire and reducing energy consumption. The power supply charges at 76 W and 3 A, with an estimated annual electricity cost between 50 and 150 DKK, depending on usage and electricity rates.
Cleaning your robot mower is easy: simply rinse it with a garden hose, as it's rated IPX5 for water resistance. This means it can also operate in rainy weather, although for optimal results, we recommend mowing in dry conditions.
The TMX1000 also features a UV-resistant plastic cutting screen, ensuring it doesn't fade in the sun. The two rear wheels that drive the mower have an effective tread to prevent slipping and wheel stalling on soft or wet grass.
The mower itself has a unique PIN code for security reasons, making it unusable if stolen, as it's not accessible or usable outside its perimeter wire.
Robot mower test
Before launching our RMX range of robotic lawn mowers in 2022, we conducted an extensive testing phase in 2021 to optimise and improve the mowers for real-world use.
We invited a large number of testers from all over Denmark with different types of gardens, sizes, and lawns. From the applicants, we selected 46 testers from various garden types who tested the RMX500 model throughout the 2021 season.
As the mower worked on their lawn, testers provided ongoing feedback on what worked well and what could be improved. At the end of the season, 86% of testers stated that the robot mower met their expectations and that they would recommend it to others.
All feedback helped us refine the manual and improve future models, resulting in today's improved and thoroughly tested robotic
lawn mower that delivers a perfectly maintained lawn.

Grass trimmer for all grass edges
If the perimeter wire isn't placed right next to the paving, there may be a narrow strip of grass along the lawn edge, which can be quickly cut with a simple grass trimmer. You may also want to explore our 20 V battery series, where you can use the handy GTX2000 grass trimmer and share the battery with other garden machines.
