Description
The TEXAS XC160-108 is an exceptionally powerful lawn tractor with a robust 452 cc engine, sturdy chassis and convenient electric start, so you just turn the key and it's ready to go. Equipped with 5 manual forward gears, a handy reverse gear and a turning radius of only 45 cm, it's a manoeuvrable tractor suitable for both small lawns and large recreational grounds.
With a wide 108 cm steel cutting deck and twin blades, it can cut efficiently with mulching or side discharge. You can adjust the cutting height in 7 steps between 30 and 90 mm. Moreover, the XC160-108 is designed for much more than just mowing. Thanks to a hook at the rear, other accessories can be attached, allowing your lawn tractor to perform various gardening tasks for many years.
How it mows
The TEXAS XC160-108 lawn tractor is ideal for comfortable mowing in a standard garden, but it really excels on large properties. The powerful engine delivers 8.3 kW of power, providing enough power to mow efficiently even very tall grass over large areas.
With the central height adjustment, you can choose from seven cutting heights ranging from 30 mm for an immaculate residential lawn to 90 mm for taller grass on recreational grounds. The twin blades placed under the durable 108 cm steel cutting deck offer a cleaner cut than a single blade.
The XC160-108 comes standard with side discharge, particularly useful for handling tall grass. It also includes a mulching plug, allowing you to mulch and leave the cut grass on the lawn, a feature particularly beneficial for frequently mowed ornamental lawns.
For safety reasons, this model does not allow mowing in reverse and the engine will stop if attempted.
Practical details
The XC160-108 features a manual 5-speed forward transmission, allowing you to find the right speed, up to 8.3 km/h, according to your needs, plus reverse. With an internal turning radius of just 45 cm, it's a very manoeuvrable lawn tractor.
The front wheels measure 15" and the rear wheels 18", with all four tyres featuring deep treads that offer excellent traction while their wide profile minimises impact on the lawn.
Thanks to the integrated wash nozzle on the cutting deck, cleaning is simple: just connect a garden hose and start the engine. The blades will rinse the deck to remove most grass clippings after mowing.
At the front, you'll find a handy bumper to protect against damage, as well as headlights to light your way when working during darker hours. The XC160-108 also starts effortlessly with a key for easy use.

Additionally, it offers various user-friendly details that enhance operating comfort. You'll appreciate the adjustable high-back seat, which increases comfort during long mowing sessions, and all control levers are easily within reach when seated.
There are also two handy compartments next to the seat: a cup holder and a storage compartment for items such as keys, a phone or snacks. With a large 7.5 L fuel tank, you can continue mowing for an extended period without needing to stop.

The garden tractor is delivered in a wooden protective frame that must be detached and the upper part lifted over the machine. Due to the weight and size of the frame, we recommend that this be done by two people.
