The TEXAS ZT series is the latest generation of lawn mowers with pivoting front wheels - Zero Turn models. This series combines powerful engines, numerous features, and excellent maneuverability, allowing you to effortlessly move around trees, flower beds, and other obstacles without twisting the handlebar.
The ZT 515TR/WE is equipped with TEXAS's most powerful engine, the TG670V, at 196 cc, delivering ample power while the self-propelled mower assists you in the garden. Starting is simple thanks to the e-start function: just press the button.
With three wheels, including a pivoting front wheel, this mower is exceptionally easy to maneuver. You can turn on the spot and navigate around obstacles, while the pivoting front wheel can also be locked for increased stability when mowing in straight lines.
The ZT 515TR/WE's extra-wide rear wheels further improve stability, and thanks to the self-propulsion on the rear wheels, maneuvering around the lawn and in corners and edges is effortless.
The cutting deck is made of steel, ensuring durability and resistance to stone impacts. Weighing 41.5 kg, the ZT 515TR/WE remains stable and easy to control.
How it mows
The ZT 515TR/WE offers a 4-in-1 function, providing all the options you need to mow your lawn. With rear discharge or side discharge, the mower ejects cut grass behind or to the right. Mulching finely cuts the grass, leaving it on the lawn as natural fertilizer, while the collection bag ensures a clean lawn, free of clippings.
The large 65-liter collection bag efficiently collects grass, allowing for extended mowing before needing to be emptied. The collection box also features a handy indicator that shows when it's full.
The central height adjustment allows for easy adjustment of the cutting height thanks to the large handle located near one of the rear wheels. You can choose from six levels between 30 and 80 mm, allowing for a very short cut or a longer finish if desired.
With a cutting width of 51 cm, the ZT 515TR/WE covers a wide portion of the lawn with each pass, making it suitable for lawns up to 600 m².

The ZT 515TR/WE is extremely easy to start. With the e-start function, simply press the button on the handlebar and the engine starts - particularly convenient if you lack the strength to pull the starter cord, which can also be used to start the engine.
The ZT 515TR/WE's handlebar is ergonomically designed and height-adjustable, allowing you to find the most comfortable working position, and the foam grip offers additional comfort.
On the handlebar, you'll also find the throttle lever to control engine speed and blade rotation, while the choke on the opposite side facilitates starting. For a touch of luxury, there's even a cup holder, so you can enjoy a refreshment while mowing.
The ZT 515TR/WE is also equipped with ball bearings on all wheels, ensuring smoother movement.
Thanks to the built-in water nozzle on the ZT 515TR/WE, cleaning is simple: just connect a garden hose and start the engine. The blade then cleans the cutting deck of most grass clippings.

TEXAS recommends using unleaded 98/100 petrol (also called E5) for all our petrol engines, even if the manual specifies unleaded 95 (E10).
This recommendation is due to changes since January 1, 2020, when unleaded 95 (E10) began to contain 10% bioethanol instead of the previous 5%. The increased bioethanol content attracts condensation/water over time and shortens the fuel's shelf life, which can lead to poorer combustion and starting problems.
