Description
The Multi Cut 580TG is a powerful TEXAS grass cutter designed to effortlessly clean even large areas of tall and wild grass. Powered by a robust engine 4-stroke 224 cc, it effectively cuts dense grass while the sturdy 13" rear wheels with tractor tread drive the machine forward. This self-propelled lawn mower features two speeds, allowing you to adjust the pace according to the terrain and your preferences.
The fixed blade located under the large cutting deck offers a working width of 58 cm and operates at 2,050 rpm, capable of cutting weed stems up to 1 cm thick. The cutting height of the Multi Cut 580TG is adjustable from 40 to 90 mm, making it ideal for managing even the most overgrown areas. For difficult terrain and dense grass, the front wheel can be replaced with a protection bar for smoother forward movement.

The powerful engine of the TEXAS Multi Cut 580TG drives both the blade and self-propelled wheels. Its solid, airless wheels prevent punctures during operation. Weighing 60 kg, this lawn mower is both robust and stable, with adjustable forward speeds of 1.8 km/h and 3.0 km/h.
The cutting height can be easily adjusted via the pivoting front wheel or protection bar, depending on the desired grass length. Additionally, the adjustable handlebar ensures a comfortable working position.
The large durable cutting deck protects you from cut grass during operation. The machine can also handle slopes up to 20°, but this should ONLY be done for brief periods to protect the engine.

TEXAS recommends using unleaded 98/100 petrol (also called E5) for all our petrol engines, even if the manual specifies unleaded 95 (E10).
This recommendation is due to changes since January 1st, 2020, when unleaded 95 (E10) started containing 10% bioethanol instead of the previous 5%. The increased bioethanol content attracts condensation/water over time and shortens fuel shelf life, which can lead to poorer combustion and starting problems.
