The HTX2020 hedge trimmer is part of TEXAS's 20V battery series. With the power of two 20V batteries, a long 61cm blade and 25mm tooth spacing, it's well-suited for trimming privet, beech and most other types of hedges commonly found in Danish gardens.
The main handle rotates 90° to each side, and thanks to the 3-point grip on the front handle, you can find a comfortable position regardless of your working direction. Despite its size, this battery hedge trimmer weighs only 3.2 kg (without batteries).

Product Details
The HTX2020's rear handle features a soft grip for comfort. It includes a rotation button to adjust the handle to your preferred working angle. The activation button and safety switch are positioned around the 3-point grip on the front handle, requiring simultaneous activation to start the hedge trimmer, thus reducing the risk of accidental starts.
The long blade has a tip protector to prevent ground contact when cutting lower branches. An upper blade guard protects the blade's screws and moving parts from hedge branches.
The HTX2020 also features a transparent plastic shield in front of the front handle, providing protection from flying debris while maintaining a clear view of your work area.
With two 20V batteries, the HTX2020's motor delivers up to 2,400 strokes per minute and includes an electronic brake to prevent overloads.
20V Battery Series
Two fully charged 20V batteries are required for optimal operation of the HTX2020, and it's compatible with 2.0Ah, 4.0Ah or 5.0Ah batteries. You can use two batteries of different capacities, such as one 2.0Ah and one 4.0Ah, but the hedge trimmer will stop once one battery is depleted. The mower won't operate if one battery is removed or nearly depleted.

There are three different 20V batteries, all equipped with lithium cells: a 2.0Ah battery, a 4.0Ah battery, and a 5.0Ah battery, along with a rapid charger and dual rapid charger that can fully charge one or two batteries in 60, 120, or 150 minutes respectively. Note that TEXAS 20V batteries can only be used with machines from our 20V battery series.
