Description
The TEXAS HTL2300 is a petrol hedge trimmer designed for thick branches, equipped with a powerful 22.5 cc 2-stroke engine. Its 56 cm double-action blade makes it ideal for tackling even large hedges. The wide 28 mm tooth spacing allows it to cut branches up to 28 mm in diameter, making it particularly effective for dense, thick-growing hedges.
The rear handle can be locked in three positions, rotating 90° to each side for optimal manoeuvrability. The U-shaped front handle with 3-point grip offers comfortable handling, ensuring you find the best working position. As a petrol hedge trimmer, the HTL2300 allows unrestricted movement during operation: simply refuel to continue working.

In addition to the HTL2300's ergonomic handle design, it features built-in anti-vibration technology, making it more comfortable to use for extended periods. The petrol engine delivers 0.65 kW of power, providing enough power to trim even the largest hedges.
Safety is a priority with the HTL2300, as the blade will only activate when the safety handle and throttle lever are engaged simultaneously, reducing the risk of accidental starts.
The long blade is equipped with a blade guard that prevents it from hitting the ground when cutting lower branches. A blade cover is also included for safe storage and transport.

The machine is delivered without oil.
TEXAS recommends using unleaded 98/100 petrol (also called E5) for all our petrol engines, even if the manual specifies unleaded 95 (E10).
This recommendation is due to changes since 1st January 2020, when unleaded 95 (E10) started containing 10% bioethanol instead of the previous 5%. The increased bioethanol content attracts condensation/water over time and shortens fuel shelf life, which can lead to poorer combustion and starting problems.
