Description
The TEXAS TS4518 is a user-friendly petrol chainsaw equipped with a powerful engine of 45 cm3 and a TEXAS 18" (45 cm) guide bar. It easily handles most sawing tasks in the garden, delivering efficient performance with a chain speed of 21 m/s. Whether you're cutting firewood or felling trees, this powerful chainsaw is up to the task.
Weighing 6.8 kg, the TS4518 includes several user-friendly features to simplify your work. Its carburettor features an automatic choke for easier starting in cold weather, and the 'Easy Start' system reduces pull cord resistance, making it easier to start the saw.
Product Details
The TS4518 is equipped with a robust 2-stroke engine delivering 1.8 kW of power. Its user-friendly design includes automatic chain lubrication, so you just need to add chain oil before starting.
The front handle allows for both horizontal and vertical grip options, providing excellent control in any working position. A metal spike bumper ensures stability during cutting, while the front hand guard also acts as a chain brake, instantly stopping the chain in case of kickback.
The chainsaw comes with a guide bar cover for safe transport and storage.

TEXAS recommends using 98/100 unleaded petrol (also called E5) for all our petrol engines, even if the manual specifies 95 unleaded petrol (E10).
This recommendation is due to changes since January 1st 2020, when 95 unleaded petrol (E10) started containing 10% bioethanol instead of the previous 5%. The increased bioethanol content attracts condensation/water over time and shortens fuel shelf life, which can lead to poorer combustion and starting problems.
