Despite its power, it's comfortable to use thanks to an anti-vibration system between the engine and gearbox. The engine also features an easy-start function and a high-quality Walbro carburettor.
The 3-tooth blade and double line cutting head have cutting widths of 25 cm and 42 cm respectively. Switching between them is simple and quick thanks to the BCP5200's convenient quick-change system, which locks the gearbox for effortless transitions. A professional harness is included, which is easily adjustable to fit your body and working position.

The petrol-powered BCP5200 is equipped with a highly powerful TEXAS Powerline 2-stroke engine with a 52 cc displacement, delivering 1.5 kW up to 9,500 rpm. Its durable gears ensure optimal lubrication during operation, providing sufficient power for trimming, cleaning, or using additional accessories available for the brush cutter.
The included professional harness, combined with multiple mounting holes on the brush cutter, transfers its 10 kg weight from your arms to your body, making it comfortable for extended use. The adjustable V-shaped handle is ergonomically designed to allow for a natural and effortless working position. Both handles feature soft grips, with the throttle control and on/off switch conveniently integrated into the right handle.
The double cutting line in the cutting head extends easily thanks to the built-in bump feed system: simply tap the spool on the ground and the line automatically feeds out. The cutting head also includes a guard to protect you from flying debris.

The machine is delivered without oil.
TEXAS recommends using 98/100 unleaded petrol (also called E5) for all our petrol engines, even if the manual specifies 95 unleaded petrol (E10).
This recommendation is due to changes since 1st January 2020, when 95 unleaded petrol (E10) started containing 10% bioethanol instead of the previous 5%. The increased bioethanol content attracts condensation/water over time and shortens the fuel's shelf life, which can lead to poorer combustion and starting problems.
