Description
Discover the advantages of a 4-stroke engine in a brush cutter. The BC358D offers smoother engine operation than 2-stroke engines, running at lower speeds for less vibration. It offers better durability and eliminates the need to mix oil and petrol, as they are filled separately. The shaft can be split in the middle, making the brush cutter easier to transport.
The powerful engine ensures smooth operation, whether you're using the dual cutting head with a 42 cm cutting width, the efficient 3-tooth with a 25 cm diameter, or the 80-tooth circular saw blade measuring 25.5 cm. Additionally, this brush cutter includes a professional harness, measuring cup for engine oil, fuel funnel, and tools such as a spark plug wrench, so you can start working right away.

The BC358D petrol model is equipped with a powerful TEXAS 4-stroke engine with a 35.8 cc displacement, delivering 1 kW up to 6,500 rpm. Its robust gears ensure optimal lubrication during operation, providing sufficient power for brush cutting and trimming tasks. Additional accessories for the brush cutter are also available for purchase.
The included professional harness transfers the 8.2 kg weight of the machine from your arms to your body, making it much more comfortable to use for extended periods. The adjustable V-shaped handle is ergonomically designed to ensure a natural, effortless working position. Both handles are equipped with soft grips, and the right handle incorporates the throttle control and on/off button.
The dual cutting line in the cutting head extends easily thanks to the built-in bump feed system: simply tap the spool on the ground and the line automatically feeds out. The cutting head also features a guard to protect you from cut materials.

TEXAS recommends using 98/100 unleaded petrol (also called E5) for all our petrol engines, even if the manual specifies 95 unleaded petrol (E10).
This recommendation is due to changes since 1st January 2020, when 95 unleaded petrol (E10) began containing 10% bioethanol instead of the previous 5%. The increased bioethanol content attracts condensation/water over time and shortens fuel shelf life, which can lead to poorer combustion and starting problems.
