Description
The TEXAS BCU33S is a powerful petrol brushcutter equipped with a engine of 33 cc, offering an ideal compromise between engine robustness and lighter weight compared to larger models, making it easier to handle. Additionally, its 2-part shaft can be dismantled, making it more compact and practical for transport and storage.
As a petrol grass trimmer, the BCU33S features a 43 cm cutting width and an efficient 2.4 mm double line. When used as a brushcutter with the 3-tooth blade, it offers a 25 cm cutting width, effectively handling brush and plant stems up to 10 mm in diameter.

The petrol-powered BCU33S is equipped with a robust TEXAS 2-stroke engine with a 33 cc displacement, delivering 1.00 kW up to 7,500 rpm. Its durable gears ensure optimal lubrication during operation, providing sufficient power for cutting and clearing tasks or for using additional brushcutter accessories.
The included everyday harness shifts the machine's 6.8 kg weight from your arms to your body, making it more comfortable for extended use. The adjustable V-shaped handle is designed to ensure a natural, effortless working position. Both handles feature soft grips, and the throttle control and on/off switch are conveniently integrated into the right handle.
The double cutting line in the cutting head extends easily thanks to the built-in bump feed system: simply tap the spool on the ground and the line automatically feeds out. The cutting head also includes a guard to protect you from flying debris.

TEXAS recommends using unleaded 98/100 petrol (also called E5) for all our petrol engines, even if the manual specifies unleaded 95 (E10).
This recommendation is due to changes since January 1st, 2020, when unleaded 95 (E10) began containing 10% bioethanol instead of the previous 5%. The increased bioethanol content attracts condensation/water over time and shortens fuel shelf life, which can lead to poorer combustion and starting problems.
