With a powerful petrol brush cutter like the TEXAS BCU43, you'll have enough power to handle grass and brush in your garden or in overgrown areas. Its robust 43 cc engine offers excellent performance whether you're using the BCU43 as a grass trimmer or brush cutter.
With the cutting head attached, you get an efficient petrol grass trimmer with a wide 43 cm cutting width. The dual-line cutting head feeds 2.4 mm lines from both sides. As a brush cutter with a 3-tooth blade, it's perfect for brush clearing and stems up to 10 mm in diameter. Its 25 cm cutting width allows you to tackle even large areas quickly.

The petrol-powered BCU43 is equipped with a robust TEXAS 2-stroke engine with a 43 cc displacement, delivering 1.3 kW up to 7,500 rpm. Its durable gears ensure optimal lubrication during operation, providing enough power for trimming, clearing, or using additional brush cutter attachments available for purchase.
The included everyday harness shifts the machine's 7.8 kg weight from your arms to your body, making it more comfortable for extended use. The adjustable V-shaped handle is ergonomically designed to ensure a natural and effortless working position. Both handles feature soft grips, and the throttle control and on/off switch are conveniently integrated into the right handle.
The double cutting line in the cutting head extends easily thanks to the built-in bump feed system: simply tap the spool on the ground and the line automatically feeds out. The cutting head also includes a guard to protect you from flying debris.

The machine is delivered without oil.
TEXAS recommends using unleaded 98/100 petrol (also called E5) for all our petrol engines, even if the manual specifies unleaded 95 (E10).
This recommendation is due to changes since 1st January 2020, when unleaded 95 (E10) began to contain 10% bioethanol instead of the previous 5%. The increased bioethanol content attracts condensation/water over time and shortens the fuel's shelf life, which can lead to poorer combustion and starting problems.
